What is Wish and Vote? |

Wish and Vote is a website that allows you to get money to grant your wish. For more information, please see the about us section. |

How does it work? |

The process takes just 3 easy steps: 1) Tell us your wish in 150 characters or less. Your wish will be placed in a group of wishes for the same amount and voted on by other members. 2) Vote in another group that does not contain one of your wishes. 3) If you win, we'll give you the money!

How much does it cost? |

How are groups created, and how big are they? |
| |
Wishes of the same amount are put together to create a group. Unlike most of the "25 words or less" competitions you might see which may contain thousands of entries, our groups are as small as 50 wishes. You don't have to be a mathematician to figure out we've dramatically improved your odds! Click here for official group sizes. |

How long does it take for a group to be filled and voted on? |

This depends on how long to takes for us to receive new wishes for the same amount, as well as how long it takes for us to get voters from other groups.
As a general guide groups for small amounts can fill within 24 hours. Voting might takes about this long too. Of course it could all happen within an hour too! Groups of higher values may take longer than this (usually measured in days or weeks, and for large amounts even months). For this reason, particularly in the higher values we would advise against wishing for time specific items (eg Christmas, month of the year etc). |

How do I know if I've won? |

In the member's area your account balance will be updated as soon as you've won, and the winning wish will be highlighted in green on the main page. You can then withdraw that money to your PayPal account using the "Make Withdrawal" feature. |

How do I get paid? |
| |
When your wish wins, your account with us will be credited the prize amount of the wish. You can then either use these funds to create more wishes, or alternatively you can withdraw the funds to your PayPal account by clicking "Make Withdrawal" on the main page of the member's area after signing in. Transfers to PayPal usually take 1-3 days. |

Are international member's allowed? |

If your country is listed in the countries pulldown menu on the sign up page you are most welcome to join. If not, unfortunately PayPal is not accepted in your area, and therefore we cannot provide you with an account. |
